The building wraps a 6.5 level precast concrete parking deck of Type IB construction with sprinkler protection and mechanical ventilation to provide 540 spaces. There are 3 courtyards with the pool at the largest one. The other amenity/common spaces include the lobby, club room, small group and large communal study rooms, leasing area, yoga room, HITT Room, weights and cardio areas, in a combination of one and two story spaces. There is a boutique hotel style rooftop amenity area with a terrace that overlooks the pool courtyard and an interior lounge with a kitchenette.
