Trellised grilling stations and exterior seating areas with overhead festoon lighting add to the project’s character and contribute to a rich sense of community for residents and guests. RJTR provided architectural design and was responsible for building envelope and accessibility review services as well as structural, civil, low voltage, and MEP engineering design services for Carter. Interior design services were provided by ADG Studios.
