Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, LLC. is seeking talented and motivated Project Architects to join our team:

Applicants should have :

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience and must be a Licensed Architect or Candidate actively pursuing architectural registration.
  • Great communication and organization skills, ability to lead a team, mentor, and be mentored.
  • Experience, with evidence of good judgment, working on all phases of design, including construction phase services.
  • Strong knowledge of utilizing and managing teams in Revit. Autocad experience is also beneficial.
  • A Bachelor of Architecture or related professional degree.
  • An H1-B visa or work permit is required for all Non-U.S. Citizens.
  • Passion for Architecture and ambition for professional growth.

Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, LLC. is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Leader to join our team:

Rule Joy Trammell Rubio (RJTR), a 100-person, award-winning architecture and interior design firm located in Atlanta, GA, is committed to designing projects that enrich the lives of the people living and working in them every day, as well as the communities in which they work, live, and play. We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing person to lead the efforts to promote RJTR’s design services, our project experience, and our design expertise to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience in architecture or a related field, be proactive, be able to coordinate and produce deliverables to meet submission deadlines, and genuinely enjoy developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with others. This role requires a strong graphic design eye, as well as the ability to lead the design and production of high-quality graphic design materials. Ideally, this person would be able to create those materials, as well. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with firm leadership to set goals and shape successful marketing strategies

• Advance the marketing efforts of the firm as well as materials and collateral developed during the design process

• Take the lead on the organization and production of marketing materials for the firm, including RFP, RFQ, awards submittals, and interview presentation responses:

• Assess the information being requested

• Review and strategize with firm leadership on the best response

• Lead the production of the final response documents in an efficient and organized manner, coordinating with others in the firm as required

• Ensure that all responses are submitted on time

• Oversee RJTR’s social media, website, and digital marketing efforts

• Coordinate and oversee the firm’s photography and image library and evaluation process

• Oversee the overall efforts of various marketing team members, including management of the project database, production of project data, and image information sheets

Qualifications:

• Prior marketing experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphics, communications, journalism, or related discipline

• Experience responding to RFQs and RFPs as well as developing and facilitating presentations

• High degree of proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite
