With overall design responsibility for every proposal and project at RJTR, Rob’s keen intellect, ability to quickly and comprehensively analyze design challenges, and dedication to developing meaningful and thoughtful solutions allow Rob to bring conceptual clarity and design leadership to each project. He excels at clearly communicating design concepts and champions solutions that intelligently and sensitively balance the aesthetic and experiential goals of a project with practical concerns, developing projects with careful consideration of program, experience, context, scale, and placemaking. Rob is an avid student of history and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife Cindy and their three children.

Dan has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction of a range of project types including mixed-use, hospitality, multi-family residential, adaptive reuse, retail banking, corporate office and office build-to-suit. One of the greatest strengths Dan brings to the table is his unique ability to grasp the business and financial aspects of a project from the client’s perspective. Dan uses that ability to enhance RJTR’s understanding and help implement the client’s goals for design, construction and financial success and to lead the project team firmly down a path to achieve those goals. His strong design, technical, organization, and communication skills, along with an intense attention to detail, allow Dan to very successfully build consensus within and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Over the course of his extensive and notable career, Joe has acquired a deep knowledge not only of the practice of architecture, but also of the building industry at large. His familiarity and proficiency in a vast array of project types combined with his determined and steadfast nature allows him to effectively guide the entire team. Joe is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of a project is executed skillfully and achieves the client’s objectives. In his spare time, Joe enjoys reading history, sports, railroading, attending outdoor sports events and traveling with his wife Angie, and entertaining their two four-legged boys Joy, a shih tzu, and Hunter, a whippet.
