Over the course of his extensive and notable career, Joe has acquired a deep knowledge not only of the practice of architecture, but also of the building industry at large. Jenn is an avid sports fan, especially Auburn football, and enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, their two kids, and Sandy their dog. Throughout her professional career she has also designed historical preservation projects, retail, medical, higher education, Department of Defense and local-government work. Through her diverse work and life experiences she has developed a unique approach to design founded on a methodology that blurs the lines between project types, resulting in three-dimensional spaces that exceed the standard.

When asked to describe his focus within the world of architecture, Bob animatedly starts talking about his passion for creating “great design that leads to great buildings.” As an experienced designer, architect and master planner with a career spanning over 40 years, Bob brings a great deal of knowledge, insight and skill to bear on each architectural endeavor that he undertakes. The depth of knowledge that he has gained from a wide variety of projects allows Bob to more clearly foresee potential problems and envision how design decisions will positively or negatively impact the project. This expertise also allows Bob to see design possibilities that others may not see, and to design buildings that are not only beautiful, but buildable. In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife Donna and is an avid fisherman.

Richard has over 28 years of experience in a variety of project types with a particular emphasis on hospitality design. While well versed in such typologies as K-12, higher education, and commercial office buildings, his true workplace passion is hotels and resorts. He has been fortunate enough to be involved in a number of high profile resort projects across the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. He has also spent a significant amount of time in the field on large construction sites and has a keen understanding of the balance between something which is constructible and which protects the design vision of a project. He is committed to the concept of “doing good work well.” In his spare time, he enjoys European soccer, getting hands-on with projects at home and spending time with his wife and three children.

As a professional photographer with 18 years of experience in a variety of photographic formats, including architectural photography, Joe has a keen eye for making sure the finished project is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. In his free time, he loves spending time with family, attending church, and playing guitar.

Gin has been a native of Atlanta for over 4 decades. An architect by training with an extensive background in commercial practice, Gin’s experience includes the design of iconic high-rise mixed-use towers, creation of retail banking prototypes, early adopter of LEED-certified projects, and over 20 years of high-end corporate interior design. Gin balances competencies in the areas of technical execution, building codes, and project specifications with a deep passion for impactful, responsive design, and responsible project management. Being an excellent advisor to clients and enabling a creative, collaborative design team is the core of Gin’s focus. Outside of work, Gin is an occasional painter, enthusiastic culinary hack, outdoor adventurer, and an endurance cyclist.

Away from the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with family, golf, fly fishing, and watching Auburn sports.

Hyeon specializes in front-end conceptual design, master planning, and space planning studies. He excels at envisioning three-dimensional, big picture ideas and finding solutions for complicated and limited-area sites. During his design process, Hyeon focuses not only on aesthetics, but also on the functionality and user experience of the spaces or buildings. With over 20 years of experience and 15 years at RJTR, he has played an integral part of numerous projects throughout the firm’s history. When not solving complex puzzles at the office, Hyeon enjoys golf and globetrotting with his wife and daughters.
