The Westgate Residences

Westgate Residences, developed by Spectrum Capital, is a 7-story luxury condominium and townhouse project designed as a second home for University of Alabama Football fans. The finished units range from one to five bedrooms, many with an additional “Kids’ Area”, and sit atop a 2-story secured parking deck. Stucco, brick, and limestone will clad the concrete frame building.
Units are designed to foster the party atmosphere with wet bars, large terraces, and spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas. The building’s exclusive Clubhouse and Rooftop Terrace are designed with the Alabama football enthusiast in mind, and feature a pool table, an indoor/outdoor bar, multiple television monitors, and comfortable lounge seating. Private lockers are provided in the Clubhouse for owners to store their beverages.
