The client’s goal was to create a resident experience of a world class hotel, with resort style amenities. A full service concierge, business lounge with high tech features including a ride- share transit screen, 24/7 mail center, and coffee bar were incorporated into the main lobby. The design inspiration creates a rich luxurious space complete with high end furnishings, luxurious drapery, custom concierge and communal table, with a dark moody ambiance. To fully engage the resort sensation of the amenity level, we included a catering kitchen designed for entertainment, café lounge, double sided fireplaces, and floor to ceiling glass looking out to a resort pool. Amenities include; game rooms, event spaces, co- working center and conferencing capabilities. Most discretely, a speakeasy is hidden away as a secret surprise. The moody, high end ambiance carries throughout the project with the use of materials, textures, and furnishings. Special influence was placed on each piece of custom artwork designed for the project to engage the Residents and their guests.
