The project aimed to convert a kitchen and bath retail space into an engaging coworking environment with unique meeting rooms, fostering creativity and connections. Client objectives included upholding brand values, nurturing a service-oriented culture, and providing top-notch amenities. Collaborating with engineers and vendors, the design team crafted exceptional meeting spaces with advanced AV systems, acoustics, HVAC comfort, coffee bar, and catering facilities. The workspace caters to diverse professionals, boasting a modern-industrial lobby with exposed structure, brick, custom lighting, and a distinctive Vestaboard. Work areas around the coffee bar, such as bar tops, booth seating, and a communal table, encourage an interactive work setting. Upholstered cubbies and lounge furniture add variety.

Apart from the inviting lobby, members access various offices, meeting rooms, and training areas. These spaces accommodate 1 to 250 people, offering flexibility. Themed conference rooms create a lively, unconventional atmosphere, equipped with writable surfaces, interactive displays, and personalized climate control.
