RJTR has developed a prototype that includes the construction of residential garden-style apartment units as well as a stand-alone clubhouse & pool. These apartments are designed with wood-framed structures and exteriors adorned in fiber cement lap siding, board & batten detailing, and accented by an architectural stone base.
The prototype apartment buildings contain a mix of units ranging from studios up to three-bedrooms and vary in size from 25 units per building up to 80 units per building. The prototype has been adapted to serve a variety of sites and is typically 3 to 4 stories, some with partial basements depending on site specific conditions. The clubhouse includes the leasing office, gathering area, fitness gym, game room, mail and package rooms, and restrooms.
