Aston City Springs is a residential project consists of 276 one-story apartments and 18 two-story townhouses in two buildings along the western portion of the City Center site. The north building is approximately 215,000 gsf with up to five stories of apartments over a partial retail podium. The street-level eastern portion houses 16,000 gsf of retail space that makes up the western part of the Market Square area of the City Center. The south building is a four and five story building with 150,000 gsf of apartments and townhomes wrapped around a precast parking deck. showcase work by local Charlotte artists.

The south building lobby acts as a gallery displaying 2d and 3d artwork from local artists with a private terrace that has lounge seating and a fire table for residents.
