RJTR provided architecture and interior design services including FF&E services for Cobb Chamber of Commerce’s renovation. RJTR’s goal was to create an innovative workspace and headquarters for their employees and members to promote business partnerships. Undergoing a new branding campaign, the space is an expression of their identity while also reflecting their core values. Every design element tells a story, from the large mural in the lobby that acts as art until you step back and realize it reflects an abstract map, to the interconnecting felt scales that represent the connection and collaboration of its members. The design program included a reception lobby, conference rooms, collaborative spaces and individual work spaces. The clean modern aesthetic of the reception and meeting spaces is reflected with the use of glass, wood and metal to contrast light and dark. The large 30’ custom boardroom table was designed to represent one of their brand initiatives - a place where everyone has a seat at the table.
