Scheduled to break ground next year and complete in 2027, this development brings together a full-scale Life Time Athletic Resort with high-end Life Time Living Residences, offering an integrated lifestyle experience that goes beyond conventional apartment living.
This 80,000 square-foot athletic resort spans three levels, making it one of the largest and most sophisticated fitness facilities in North Carolina. Life Time Raleigh features an expansive amenity deck housing two pools, cabanas, pickleball courts, and a bistro designed to be a social haven for afternoon relaxation and cocktails. Each level of the club is crafted to meet diverse wellness needs, with premium cardio and strength-training equipment, specialized group fitness rooms for classes like yoga and Pilates, and a dedicated stretching and recovery area.
Above the athletic resort, the Life Time Living Residences feature 270 luxurious apartments, from spacious studios to exclusive penthouses. These residences include amenities like rain showers, floating vanities, gas ranges, built-in drop zones, and integrated workstations. The penthouses, situated on the uppermost floors, enjoy breathtaking park views and exclusive access to an indoor/outdoor sky lounge, which features a sunset cocktail space, intimate balcony seating, and an inviting, transparent fireplace.

On-site child care and a Life Time Café, serving healthy meals from breakfast through dinner, create a community where work, family, and recreation can harmonize.
