Large, industrial, wrought iron-inspired windows together with full-height brick facades are featured at key points of the project in order to complement and harmonize with the existing architectural context.
Apartments include a variety of 1- and 2- bedroom units, all with balconies. The resident amenities include a clubroom, sports bar, co-working space, fitness room, bike room, dog spa, dog park, and resort-style pool. Featuring oversized garage door-style windows and operable glass walls, the amenity spaces blend the indoors and outdoors, creating a rhythm and flow between the private courtyard pool area, a large, covered breezeway, and the neighboring camp-themed park.
