The Indy consists of 172 residential stick framed apartments for student housing to provide approximately 543 beds in Type IIIA construction. The Indy has multiple floor plans that include 16 one-bedroom units, 41 two-bedroom units, 25 three-bedroom units, 80 four-bedroom units, and 10-five bedroom units. Buildings are five levels with partial basements and include two building steps to accommodate the thirty feet of fall on the site. The building wraps a 6.5 level precast concrete parking deck of Type 1A construction with sprinkler protection and mechanical ventilation to provide 545 spaces. There are 3 courtyards with the pool at the largest one. The other amenity/common spaces include the lobby, club room, small group and large communal study rooms, leasing area, yoga room, HITT Room, and weights and cardio areas, in a combination of one and two story spaces.

This project is located within the Town Village mixed-use complex directly across from Kennesaw State University’s Athletic Complex and Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
