Westbound at The Works is a residential development on Chattahoochee Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. This 6 story project consists of 306 multi-family apartment units with associated amenity spaces and a precast parking deck design to serve both residents and nearby retail. The North facing units line the existing “Camp” park that was previously developed as part of the overall Works development.
Amenities include a clubroom, sports bar, co-working space, fitness room, bike room, dog spa, dog park and resort style pool connected to a large covered breezeway. Apartments include a variety of 1- and 2- bedroom units with balconies.

The exterior industrial look fits in seamlessly with the existing warehouse aesthetic of The Works. Large industrial wrought iron aesthetic windows within a full height brick facade were used at key feature points within the project to help tie in the new with the old.
