RJTR was responsible for architecture, interior design, structural, MEP design services, audio visual, low voltage and security design services on this 414 key full service hotel located in Midtown Atlanta. The hotel features a full service restaurant and catering kitchen, lobby bar, 11,000 nsf Grand Ball Room, 5,300 nsf Junior Ball Room, 5,000 nsf of Meeting Rooms, 7,000 nsf of Prefunction Areas, a Business Center, and Fitness Center with treatment rooms. The project is designed to provide the highest level of comfort and service to both business and leisure travelers.
