RJTR is providing architectural design and interior design services as well as structural and MEP design for JPX Works on the Emerson Condominiums located in the highly coveted Peachtree Road corridor in Buckhead Atlanta.
The 21-story high-rise is made up of three distinct towers connected together by a common core. The building will be structured with post-tensioned concrete and energy efficient glass. The 41 Luxury condominiums will boast some of the largest units in the available market with just under 3,000 RSF per unit. Unit owners will approximately 16’ deep balconies, 10’ ceilings, semi-private elevator service, and custom millwork kitchens and bathrooms.
