Located in Northwest Atlanta’s hub of entertainment, retail and dining, this 406,555 sf luxury rental apartment building is surrounded by the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Cumberland Mall, Cobb Galleria Convention Center, The Battery, and Truist Park, the new home of the Atlanta Braves baseball team. The wrap-style building steps from five to six stories, with a total of 283 units. It offers 11 unit types, including studio, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans.
