Glenlake III
Glenlake III, a planned seven-story building, continues the architectural language of the park with a strong emphasis on transparency and daylight. Its glass façade and curtain wall system bring natural light deep into the interior spaces. The building is paired with a four-story parking structure and includes a lobby-level coworking area designed with warm wood tones and natural finishes to support tenant flexibility and comfort.
Glenlake V
Glenlake V is a six-story, 166,000 SF office building that anchors the campus. Defined by its floor-to-ceiling glazing and clean massing, the building maximizes daylight and views across the park. At its core is an ակտիվ lobby and amenity space that supports informal gathering and daily use, complemented by a fitness center and direct access to adjacent food and beverage offerings. A glass and steel canopy links the building to a structured parking deck, creating a clear and cohesive arrival sequence.

Glenlake VII
Glenlake VII continues the evolution of the park as a complementary building to Glenlake V. The design maintains the established architectural language, with expansive glazing, efficient floor plates, and a strong relationship to the surrounding landscape. Shared amenities including conference space, fitness, and outdoor collaboration areas extend the campus experience and create continuity across all buildings.
