Bethany has over 29 years of extensive design and interior architectural experience accumulated across the US. A native of rural Pennsylvania, she graduated from Cornell University’s Design and Environmental Analysis program in upper state New York and has practiced in a number states. Bethany works on a variety of program types including senior living communities, multi-family residential, hospitality and corporate interior projects. Throughout her professional career she has also designed historical preservation projects, retail, medical, higher education, Department of Defense and local-government work. Through her diverse work and life experiences she has developed a unique approach to design founded on a methodology that blurs the lines between project types, resulting in three-dimensional spaces that exceed the standard.

The depth of knowledge that he has gained from a wide variety of projects allows Bob to more clearly foresee potential problems and envision how design decisions will positively or negatively impact the project. This expertise also allows Bob to see design possibilities that others may not see, and to design buildings that are not only beautiful, but buildable. In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife Donna and is an avid fisherman.

When not in the office, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, painting, and dreaming up new creations on his 3d printer.

As a professional photographer with 18 years of experience in a variety of photographic formats, including architectural photography, Joe has a keen eye for making sure the finished project is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. In his free time, he loves spending time with family, attending church, and playing guitar.

An architect by training with an extensive background in commercial practice, Gin’s experience includes the design of iconic high-rise mixed-use towers, creation of retail banking prototypes, early adopter of LEED-certified projects, and over 20 years of high-end corporate interior design. Gin balances competencies in the areas of technical execution, building codes, and project specifications with a deep passion for impactful, responsive design, and responsible project management. Being an excellent advisor to clients and enabling a creative, collaborative design team is the core of Gin’s focus. Outside of work, Gin is an occasional painter, enthusiastic culinary hack, outdoor adventurer, and an endurance cyclist.

With over 20 years of experience and 15 years at RJTR, he has played an integral part of numerous projects throughout the firm’s history.
