RJTR provided master planning, architecture, building engineering, interior design and FF&E services for Fleming Farms, a 183 unit Senior Living Community. Located in Huntsville, Alabama on the historic Fleming Farms property, this site offers a unique setting to provide a range of senior living care options. This 2, 3 and 4-story building supports the care needs of seniors from independent living and assisted living to memory care in 220,000 GSF under one roof. RJTR collaborated with the Owner, Dominion Partners, to create a village-like community inspired by the residential character of a European farmhouse.
