Located on Patton Avenue in downtown Asheville, "The Restoration Hotel Asheville" is a captivating renovation project that skillfully fuses modern luxury with the city's European heritage. Starting as a 1970’s era bank, the team removed the skin and roof of the existing building and then grafted three additional stories on top of the remaining structure.
The project features an array of accommodations, varying from 375 to 600 square feet, offering floor-to-ceiling windows, city views, chic sitting areas, and locally sourced artisanal snacks. Culinary excellence at The Exchange, a farm-to-table restaurant spotlighting Appalachian cuisine and local brews. The Observatory is a rooftop bar and patio that serves botanical-infused cocktails against a stunning city backdrop.
Vibrant entertainment spaces in The Draftsman, the hotel's subterranean bar and lounge, complete with a revived vintage bowling alley and a performance stage that hosts live shows by local artists. Adjacent to The Observatory on the hotel’s top floor is a banquet/reception hall capable of seating 140 guests. This room offers panoramic mountain views to the south as well as city and mountain views to the north.
