At its independent living community, locals can spend time in the facilities Community Living Room, or enjoy self-serve meals in the buildings Casual Café space.

Within its main and assisted living building patrons can choose from a variety of dining options, from ‘The Sterling Grill’ restaurant, to the Central Dining Hall; or visit the Casual Café and Juice Bar. Opportunities for other indoor activities abound in the Assisted Living facilities Special Events and Activities Room, which features a fully furnished kitchen.
