Located in the Wade Park Subdivision in West Raleigh, Wade Park III & IV are the first two Class A Office Buildings being masterplanned and designed by RJTR. Wade Park III, and Wade Park IV are four-story, 107,334 speculative office building. Complementing the existing two previous office buildings within the development, the steel-framed building is clad in architectural precast concrete, brick veneer, and high-performance curtainwall glazing. A two-level parking structure sits adjacent to the building, connected by a clear glass pedestrian canopy. Tenants may enjoy the existing village lawn in front of the building as well as the linear park adjacent to Wade Park III, whose design was also overseen by RJTR.

LEED Gold Certification for the core and shell was accomplished by utilizing smart design principles such as energy efficient mechanical and plumbing systems, LED lighting, recycled materials, and a focus on indoor air quality. A solar panel array on the roof of the building was also incorporated, which provides ample power for the adjacent parking structure. The project was also the recipient of the ABC of Carolinas Excellence in Construction Award of Merit and the Carolinas Green Award for 2016.
