RJTR provided urban planning, architecture, interior design, structural, and MEP design services, signage design and retail lease exhibits. The 1010 Midtown mixed-use project is located along the Peachtree corridor in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.
1010 will continue the quest to revitalize Midtown’s work/live/play community.
Project highlights include a 586,000 sf 35-story residential tower with 86% saleable
area. The tower includes 441 luxury residential units, a 30,000 sf outdoor amenity
plaza, a Bank of America branch bank with three drive-thru tellers, and a 5,000 sf
Club Room and Fitness Center.
