RJTR is providing full architectural and interior design service of this new total precast concrete Medical Office Building in the heart of the Buckhead Village for The Loudermilk Companies. Located a block east of the new luxurious Buckhead Atlanta district, this new nine-story building provides 121,000 SF of much needed medical rentable area as well as 485 structured parking spaces.
Unlike many other medical office buildings, patients can enter directly onto their doctor’s floor from the parking deck without going through the main lobby. The main ground level along East Paces Ferry Road provides 7,000 sf of highly desired retail area.

Construction time is accelerated with the incorporation of a total precast concrete building for both the parking deck and office tower. This unique system combines standard parking deck precast concrete structure with exterior load-bearing pre-finished architectural wall panels at the tower, combining the structure with the exterior wall panels results in quicker construction, more cost competitive building and a more column free tenant area.
