Centregreen Office Park

CentreGreen Park, a master planned corporate campus complex, is located in the Weston submarket of Cary, NC. Working with Highwoods Properties, RJTR has designed three mid-rise office buildings and two “jewel-box” pavilions housing fitness and café facilities for the campus. Centregreen III, a 5-story, 174,000 GSF, Class A multi-tenant office building, opens into a spacious and active lobby that offers tenants and guests a hospitality-style lounge with a modern, techy feel. Large and small seating groups provide collaborative areas to foster a creative working atmosphere; plug-and-play components are scattered throughout. Angled canopies at the exterior project out from the building, continuing the theme of cantilevered planes from within and creating a contextual relationship between the new building and the existing café and fitness pavilions at the center of the green. Roof terraces on either end of the top level provide outdoor amenity space for tenants. Adjacent to the office building, a 1-story 72,000 GSF, expandable precast parking deck provides additional parking capacity.

At the center of the Park, a 3000 SF fitness center and 4000 SF café bookend an open lawn area; the café’s glass enclosure opens onto a covered eating area. These buildings provide desirable amenities for employees during the workday, allow for outdoor social gatherings and afterhours events, and serve as a focal point for the office park. Two additional mid-rise office buildings, each six stories and approximately 160,000 gsf, are in the design phase.
