1105 West Peachtree is a mixed-use development located between 12th Street and Peachtree Walk in Atlanta’s Midtown district. The project contains approximately 16,000 SF of retail, 64 residential condo units, a 178-key hotel, 30-story office tower, and structured parking for 1,500 vehicles. The office, hotel, and residential buildings all overlook a shared 39,261 SF amenity plaza located on Level 9, above structured parking. This level contains the first full residential and hotel floors and will also provide a Club Room, Fitness Center, and Pool for the residential building, as well as a separate pool and bar for the hotel. The remainder of the amenity plaza will provide additional landscaped and seating area to be shared by residents, workers, and guests. The hotel continues from Level 9-16 for a total of 7 full floors, while the residential building continues from Level 9-19 for a total of 10 full floors above the amenity plaza.

The total gross residential area is approximately 161,000 SF; the total gross area for the hotel is approximately 118,000 SF; and the total gross area for the office building is approximately 730,000 SF, with its highest occupied floor 30 stories above the West Peachtree Street entrance.
