1105 West Peachtree is a mixed-use development located between 12th Street and Peachtree Walk in Atlanta’s Midtown district. The project contains approximately 16,000 SF of retail, 64 residential condo units, a 178-key hotel, 30-story office tower, and structured parking for 1,500 vehicles.
A breezeway located on the east side of the project provides direct pedestrian access from the shuttle elevators serving all levels of the parking deck to the retail spaces along Peachtree Walk. 13th Street, street parking, and a 150 linear foot Art Wall that will become an active part of the proposed Midtown Art Walk, that will eventually run from the Midtown Marta Station to the Woodruff Arts Center.
