RJTR
was
responsible
for
architecture,
construction
drawings
for
floor
plans,
millwork,
kitchen
design,
and
finishes.
We
were
also
responsible
for
interior
fit-up
construction
drawings
on
a
unit
by
unit
basis.
This
unique
residential
project
provides
residents
the
opportunity
to
customize
their
private
units
according
to
their
own
personal
style.
The
community
is
made
up
of
23
townhomes
and
flats,
each
unit
being
between
5,000
and
8,000
sf.
The
Regent
style
architecture
features
custom
casement
windows,
intricate
iron
detailing,
classic
columns,
both
inside
and
out,
and
decorative
street
lanterns
along
the
exterior
walkways.
