RJTR is providing architectural and interior design services on a multi-building campus for Canterbury Court. The Canterbury Court Enrichment Project consists of three primary components - new construction at the healthcare building, independent living tower, and renovations to three existing buildings.

The Healthcare building is all new construction on newly acquired land on the north end of the site. There will be three levels over parking (100 spaces) above a basement consisting of 42 Assisted Care units; 40 Skilled Nursing units; 21 Memory Care units and all of the common/support spaces including a structured amenity courtyard. The first floor will also contain 7 Independent Living units with terraces overlooking gardens.

The Garden Tower an Independent Living (IL) building is all new construction over three levels of parking (293 spaces). The building is ten stories over most of its height with a step down to four stories at the eastern end to suit zoning. The building will have 98 units from 1 BR to 3 BR units and will also host a dining room on level 1 with break out space onto a large amenity deck. Renovations to the North Tower buildings consist of revisions to common spaces, dining, administration area, mail room & salon, meeting rooms and staff support spaces. Renovations will also include 28 IL units on the 2nd and 3rd floors along with exterior renovations. The West Tower includes renovations to fitness, aerobics, salon, café and a new indoor pool.
