Evoking a Florida waterscape, Cero Design’s six story mosaic tower intersects North Franklin and East Cass Streets, adding a dramatic focal point to the main residential entrance of the NINE15 and drawing foot traffic to its 8,604 square feet of street level retail space. Distinctive offset vertical windows, dynamic sunshade elements and a bold color scheme reflect the urbane taste of its metropolitan clientele while referencing the local vernacular of its Florida setting. Decorative aluminum elements suggestive of local marsh plants screen the parking deck’s exterior, capped with an expansive pool and amenity deck.
