Challenged by the client to blend 21st Century design with Italian Renaissance architecture, the Jackson Healthcare Corporate Campus incorporated a unique 1,380-car parking structure that seamlessly marries modern functionality with timeless aesthetics. As employees and visitors enter the structured parking deck, they are greeted by Italian streetscape facades, creating an immersive experience reminiscent of old-world charm. The design incorporates trellis and tile roof-covered parking, providing both shelter and a touch of elegance to the environment. RJTR's innovative approach transforms ordinary parking into a classical architectural expression, enhancing the overall experience for all who enter the campus.
